目的 分析四君子汤的研究现状、热点和趋势，为未来研究提供借鉴。方法 在中国知网和Web of Science核心合集中分别检索2004年1月1日至2024年3月1日发表的与四君子汤研究相关的文献，使用CtieSpace和VOSviewer对文献进行分析。结果 纳入中文文献1513篇，英文文献95篇。99。38％的文献来源于中国，中医学科的文献发表量位列第一。发文量最多的机构是广州中医药大学，发文量最多的期刊是《光明中医》。被引次数最多的文献是"四君子汤对胃肠道作用的药理研究"。四君子汤类方、脾胃气虚证、免疫功能等是中文文献的高频关键词，网络药理学、代谢组学等是英文文献的高频关键词。结论 四君子汤研究多集中于消化系统疾病，结肠癌、直肠癌、胃癌等领域正在成为新的研究热点。
Visual analysis of research trends and hot spots of Sijunzi Decoction
Objective To analyze the research status,hot spots and trends of Sijunzi Decoction,so as to provide reference for determining the future research direction.Methods Literature related to the study of Sijunzi Decoction,published from January 1,2004 to March 1,2024,were searched from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science Core Collection,respectively.The literature was analyzed using CtieSpace and VOSviewer.Results 1513 Chinese articles and 95 English articles were included.99.38％of the articles come from China,and the number of publications in the field of traditional Chinese medicine ranks first.The institution with the most published articles is Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and the journal is Guangming Traditional Chinese Medicine.The most cited literature is"Pharmacological Study on the Gastrointestinal Effects of Sijunzi Decotion".Sijunzi Decoction,spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome and immune function are the high-frequency keywords in Chinese literature,while network pharmacology and metabonomics are the high-frequency keywords in English literature.Conclusion The research of Sijunzi Decoction focuses on digestive system diseases,and colon cancer,rectal cancer,gastric cancer and other fields are becoming new research hotspots.
