Management model of hyperuricemia patients based on multi-center medical alliance
Objective To explore the management model of hyperuricemia patients based on multi-center medical alliance. Methods From January 2022 to August 2023,98 patients with hyperuricemia who were first diagnosed in the central hospital and followed up in the town hospital of the medical alliance were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group applied the conventional management mode, while the research group applied the management mode based on the multi-center medical alliance.Uric acid compliance rate, satisfaction, liver and kidney function indexes(glutamyl transpeptidase[GGT],glutamic pyruvic transaminase[ALT],triacylglycerol[TG],Serum creatinine[Scr],uric acid[UA]),self-management ability, dietary control knowledge and practice, and quality of life were compared. Results The rate of uric acid compliance and satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the values of UA,Scr,TG,ALT and GGT were all lower in the study group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the scores of self-efficacy,health status and management behavior in the study group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the scores of DCKAPHG and quality of life in the study group were higher after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-center medical alliance based management mode in hyperuricemia patients can not only improve their self-management behavior, dietary control knowledge and practice, and the rate of uric acid compliance, but also improve their liver and kidney function test indicators, which is conducive to the improvement of patients'quality of life and satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
