Research progress and theoretical basis of the mechanism of "intestine inflammation kidney axis" in the treatment of diabetes based on the theory of mutual praise between spleen and kidney
Imbalances in the gut microbiota are considered an important factor in the development of diabetes. The imbalance of the composition and function of intestinal microbiota will affect insulin resistance, glucose metabolism and triggers inflammation, which will lead to the onset and progress of diabetes. The relationship between gut microbiota and diabetes is complex and not yet fully understood. More research is needed to clarify specific mechanisms and develop effective strategies for managing and preventing diabetes targeting intestinal microbiota. The proposal of "intestine kidney axis" has brought a new diagnosis and treatment idea for diabetes, which coincides with the theory of mutual praise between spleen and kidney, spleen and kidney related, spleen disease and kidney, kidney disease and spleen in traditional Chinese medicine. This article discusses the development, onset and treatment of diabetes on the basis of mutual praise between spleen and kidney theory,in order to offer a new perspective on the prevention and treatment of diabetes from the point of view of the "intestine inflammation kidney axis".
