Remote pharmaceutical follow-up study on the clinical efficacy and safety of amlodipine besylate tablets centrally purchased by China in the treatment of hypertension
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the amlodipine besylate tablets centrally purchased by China in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 200 hypertensive patients who received amlodipine besylate in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from January to March 2021 were selected,and randomly deivided them into the control group and the experimental group,with 100 patients in each group. The control group received amlodipine besylate tablets as the original research drug for treatment,while the experimental group received amlodipine besylate tablets centrally purchased by China through consistency evaluation,and an online remote pharmaceutical service system for hypertensive patients was established to provide medication guidance for patients,and the clinical efficacy,blood pressure control rate,incidence of adverse reactions and medication compliance were compared. Results The two group total clinical effective rate has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The blood pressure control rate in the control group was 62.00％,while the blood pressure control rate in the experimental group was 78.00％. The blood pressure control rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and experimental group was 1.00％,2.00％ respectively. The difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). The medication compliance of the experimental group patients reached 98.00％,while the medication compliance of the control group reached 91.00％. The medication compliance of the experimental group patients was statistically higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of the amlodipine besylate tablets centrally purchased by China in the treatment of hypertension are basically consistent with the original research drug of amlodipine besylate tablets,and it has economic and practical characteristics,which helps to improve patient medication compliance and hypertension control rate,and is worthy of promotion and application.
