In recent years,with the rapid growth of the market for traditional Chinese medicine formula granules,the related corrupted risks have gradually become prominent. Public hospitals must attach great importance to it and take the initiative to prevent corrupted risks. This paper takes a tertiary Grade A traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Shanghai as the research object. Starting from the perspective of comprehensively strengthening the construction of party conduct and integrity,building a punishment and prevention system,and preventing problems before they occur,it sorts out the risk points of integrity in the sales and procurement process and clinical application process of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules. By strengthening integrity education,improving management systems,standardizing workflow,and strengthening supervision by "system+technology",the risk prevention and control mechanism of Chinese medicine formula granules is established and improved,which can effectively control the corrupted risks and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
