新质生产力是驱动中医药产业高质量发展的强大引擎,中医药产业的高质量发展是新质生产力应用的重要领域和目标.我国中医药产业在种植面积、产量、市场规模等方面都有较好的表现,但在科技创新、国际影响力等方面仍有待提升.通过分析新质生产力驱动中医药产业高质量发展必要性及现实挑战,深入挖掘传统生产力数据要素核心形成新质生产力,促进中医药产业转型升级,构建"绿色化+""智能化+""数字化+"的中医药产业创新发展模式,明确新质生产力驱动中医药产业体系的集群协同优化路径设计、跨界融合路径设计、人才培养可持续供给路径设计,全面促进中医药产业高质量发展.
Abstract
New quality productivity is a powerful engine driving the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,and the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry is an important field and goal for the application of new quality productivity. The traditional Chinese medicine industry in China has shown good performance in terms of planting area,output,and market size,but there is still room for improvement in terms of technological innovation and international influence. By analyzing the necessity and practical challenges of driving the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry with new quality productivity,we deeply explore the core data elements of traditional productivity to form new productivity,promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,construct an innovative development model of the traditional Chinese medicine industry that is "green+","intelligent+",and "digital+",clarify the design of cluster collaborative optimization path,cross-border integration path,and sustainable supply path for talent cultivation driven by new quality productivity,and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
