氢气在老年疾病中作用机制及应用的研究进展

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,老年疾病也日益增多,成为不可忽视的医学、社会问题,老年医学也成为研究的重点。老年人往往具有机能衰退、免疫力低下、病情复杂等特点,需要更有针对性、便利舒适的有效治疗方式。氢气无色无味、密度小,且常温下性质较稳定,常应用于能源、化工等多个领域。随着不断的研究发现,氢气还具有抗氧化、抗炎等生物效应,进而逐渐被应用于医学研究中。已有临床研究显示氢气可用于心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病的治疗,故本文综述氢气的作用机制及在老年疾病中的应用,旨在为其今后的研究和临床应用提供依据。
Research progress on the function mechanism and application of hydrogen in senile diseases
With the aggravation of population aging in China,senile diseases are increasing day by day,which has become a medical and social problem that cannot be ignored,and gerontology has also become the focus of research.The elderly often have the characteristics of functional decline,low immunity and complicated illness,and need more targeted,convenient and comfortable effective treatment methods.Hydrogen is colorless,odorless,low density and stable at room temperature,and is often used in many fields such as energy and chemical industry.With continuous research,hydrogen has also been found to have biological effects such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects,which in turn is gradually being used in medical research.Clinical research has shown that hydrogen can be used to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and other diseases.Therefore,the function mechanism of hydrogen and its application in senile diseases are reviewed in this paper,aiming at providing basis for its future research and clinical application.
