Interpretation and modern application of the theory of"kidney dominating bone"based on the theory of visceral manifestations
This paper discusses the relationship between kidney and bone from the perspective of the theory of visceral manifestations,which is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of the renal and bone system and lays the foundation for the treatment and drug development of subsequent renal and bone system diseases.Starting from"viscera"and based on the theory of zang-fu and the description of kidney and bone in ancient Chinese medicine,this paper combines the description of kidney and bone in ancient Chinese medicine literature to explain the relationship between kidney and bone.Search for relevant literature to explain the scientific connotation of"kidney dominating bone"from the physiological and pathological perspectives,and then analyze the application of the research results of"kidney dominating bone"in the treatment of renal and bone system diseases.The relationship between the kidney and bone is closely related in the theory of visceral manifestations in traditional Chinese medicine,and in modern understanding,they are physiologically related and pathologically interrelated.This paper summarizes the scientific connotation and modern application of"kidney dominating bone"in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical treatment of renal and bone system diseases.
