摘要

随着信息时代的到来,如今护理教育面临着日益多样化的学生群体、复杂的医院和社区环境以及快速变化的医疗发展与改革等现状,如何突破目前亟待解决的问题,传统教学方式已无法应对临床对人才的需求,无法满足护理学科教育实践性的发展趋势,迫切需要创新多模式教学方法,以提高教学效果,为培养护生综合能力进行探索.本文在文献研究的基础上,通过多角度综述叙事教育在护生教学中的应用现状及联合其他教学模式的应用效果,以期为今后叙事教育在护生教学中应用及研究提供依据.

Abstract

With the advent of the information age,nursing education is now facing increasingly diverse student groups,complex hospital and community environment,and rapidly changing medical development and reform.How to break through the current problems that need to be solved urgently,the traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the clinical demand for talents and the practical development trend of nursing education,and it is urgent to innovate multi-mode teaching methods to improve the teaching effect and explore the cultivation of nursing students'comprehensive ability.On the basis of literature research,this paper summarizes the application status of narrative education in nursing students'teaching and the application effect of combining other teaching modes from multiple perspectives in order to provide basis for the application and research of narrative education in nursing students'teaching in the future.
