病例导向教学联合实际操作训练在妇科常见疾病诊治规培中的应用

目的 探讨妇科常见疾病诊治规培中实施病例导向教学(CBL)联合实际操作训练的效果和价值。方法 选择2021年2月至2023年2月在潍坊医学院附属医院妇科接受常见疾病诊治规培的50名学生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25),对照组疾病诊治规培选用教学方法为传统教学法,观察组规培中选用CBL结合实际操作训练教学法。观察学生学习效果、岗位胜任能力变化情况及教学满意度情况等。结果 观察组学生培训后理论知识、实践操作考核成绩及学习效果优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);培训后观察组学生的岗位胜任能力评估各项评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05);观察组学生教师教学态度、教学内容、教学形式及教学效果满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 妇科常见疾病诊治规培中运用CBL联合实际操作训练教学法,在学生学习质量提高、岗位胜任能力培养方面均发挥积极作用,可获得更高教学满意度。
Application of case-based learning combined with practical operation training in the standardized training of diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological diseases
Objective To investigate the effect and value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with practical operation training in the standardized training of diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological diseases.Methods A total of 50 students who received standardized training of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the Department of Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional teaching method of the standardized training of disease diagnosis and treatment,while the observation group was treated with the teaching method of CBL combined with practical operation training.The students'learning effect,changes in work competence and teaching satisfaction were observed.Results Compared with the control group,students in the observation group had higher theoretical knowledge,practical operation assessment scores and excellent rate of learning effect,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After training,the individual scores and total scores of the work competence in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teachers'teaching attitudes,teaching content,teaching forms,and teaching effects in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with practical operation training teaching method in the standardized training of diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological diseases plays an active role in improving students'learning quality and cultivating their work competence,and can obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
