Exploring the prevention and treatment strategies of essential hypertension based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine
As a common chronic disease,the incidence of essential hypertension is increasing year by year,which has brought great pressure to China's public health system.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out long-term,scientific and systematic management of patients with essential hypertension.Based on the theory of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward the prevention and treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine for essential hypertension from prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health education and other aspects,and in view of the characteristics of essential hypertension,which is mainly divided into four stages:① Health preservation before disease and interference with risk.② Diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and prevention of micro-duration.③ Regulate and treat the disease to avoid its transmission and transformation.④ Prevent the progression of the disease after occurrence and change.The above prevention and treatment strategies are aimed at effectively reducing the incidence of essential hypertension in the population,improving control rates and reducing the occurrence of complications.
