摘要
目的 基于古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)系统软件,探讨贺倩教授治疗肺癌的组方用药规律.方法 收集贺倩教授2020年5月至2023年12月治疗肺癌的有效病案,运用古今医案云平台(V2.3.5)系统软件进行统计分析、关联性分析、复杂网络分析及聚类分析,总结组方用药规律.结果 经归纳总结共纳入符合条件的68个病案,包含265味中药,四气以平、寒、温为主,五味以甘、苦、辛味为主,归经以肺、脾、肝经的药物为主,功效以补虚、化痰止咳平喘及消食为主.根据关联规则进行分析,得出3组常用药对.根据聚类分析,得出5张新处方.结论 贺倩教授治疗肺癌以补益肺脾之气为主,辅以养肝清肝,清热利湿解毒.
Abstract
Objective To explore the prescription and medication rules of Professor He Qian in the treatment of lung cancer based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)system software.Methods The effective medical records of Professor He Qian's treatment of lung cancer from May 2020 to December 2023 were collected,and the statistical analysis,correlation analysis,complex network analysis and cluster analysis were carried out by using the software of Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)to summarize the rules of prescription and medication.Results After induction and summary,a total of 68 eligible medical records were included,including 265 traditional Chinese medicines,with the four qi mainly composed of calmness,coldness,and warmth,and the five flavors mainly composed of sweetness,bitterness,and spiciness.The drugs of lung,spleen and liver meridian are mainly used in meridian tropism,and their effects were mainly tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma and promoting digestion.According to the analysis of association rules,three groups of commonly used drug pairs were obtained.According to cluster analysis,five new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Professor He Qian's treatment of lung cancer is based on invigorating the qi of lung and spleen,supplemented by nourishing and clearing liver,clearing heat,promoting diuresis and detoxifying.
