目的 基于CiteSpace知识图谱对中医药防治精神分裂症的研究动态与发展趋势进行可视化分析，为寻找防治精神分裂症的研究热点与方向提供新思路。方法 利用CiteSpace V6。2。R6软件对2000-2023年中国知网和ISI Web of Science数据库关于中药防治精神分裂症的文献进行共现、聚类、突现网络视图可视化分析。结果 国内发文量呈现先增后减的趋势并专于中药化学成分、质量标准及中药临床应用研究。国外近年来发展迅速并偏向于抗精神病类药物与中药组分结合使用等。结论 国内研究主要集中于中药在临床上的运用，但存在中药成分复杂、新型制剂技术应用不足以及缺乏与国外研究团队交流合作的问题。这些问题应成为该领域未来发展创新的热点方向。
Exploring the research dynamics and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia based on CiteSpace visualization analysis
Objective To visually analyze the research trends and development trends of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia based on CiteSpace knowledge map,and to provide new ideas for finding research hotspots and directions in the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia.Methods CiteSpace V6.2.R6 software was used to visualize the co-occurrence,clustering,and emergent network views of literature on traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of schizophrenia in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and ISI Web of Science databases from 2000 to 2023.Results The number of articles published in China showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing,and it was specialized in the research of chemical components,quality standards and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,foreign countries have developed rapidly and tend to combine antipsychotic drugs with traditional Chinese medicine components.Conclusion Domestic research mainly focuses on the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,but there are some problems,such as complex components of traditional Chinese medicine,insufficient application of new preparation technology and lack of communication and cooperation with foreign research teams.These problems should become the hot direction of future development and innovation in this field.
