摘要
目的 探讨首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院实施平均住院日管理的效果.方法 首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院在2022年1月起采取建立集中预约平台、成立住院服务中心、实时沟通机制、积极开展日间手术和微创手术、深入推进临床路径和单病种管理、优化多学科诊疗模式等多项措施综合管控平均住院日,比较2021年1-12月和2022年1-12月病案首页数据,对全院、重点科室、前20位疾病的平均住院日相关数据进行统计分析.结果 采取多措并举后,2022年1-12月全院平均住院日、重点科室平均住院日和前20位疾病平均住院日均较2021年1-12月明显下降,2022年1-12月平均住院日由9.49 d降至8.50 d.结论 多部门联动后优化措施可有效缩短平均住院日.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of implementing average length of stay management in Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University.Methods Since January 2022,Beijing Youan Hospital,Capital Medical University has taken many measures to comprehensively control the average length of stay,such as establishing a centralized appointment platform,establishing an inpatient service center,real-time communication mechanism,actively carrying out daytime surgery and minimally invasive surgery,deepening the clinical pathway and single disease management,and optimizing the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode.The data of the first page of medical records from January to December in 2021 and January to December in 2022 were compared,and the relevant data of the average length of stay of the entire hospital,key departments and the top 20 diseases were statistically analyzed.Results After taking multiple measures,the average length of stay,the average length of stay in key departments,and the average length of stay for the top 20 diseases in the entire hospital from January to December 2022 all decreased significantly compared to January to December 2021.The average length of stay in January to December 2022 decreased from 9.49 days to 8.50 days.Conclusion The optimized measures after multi-department linkage can effectively shorten the average length of stay.
