Impacts of"G+OEC"nursing management mode on the application effect of ERAS concept in operating room
Objective To analyze the impacts of"general(G)+overall(O),everyone, every day, everything(E),control and clear(C)"nursing management mode on the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in the operating room. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent elective surgery in Zhongshan Guzhen People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with ERAS concept nursing in the operating room, while the observation group was treated with ERAS concept nursing in the operating room with"G+OEC"nursing management mode. The stress index, the total incidence of postoperative complications, the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the operating room and the hospitalization time between the two groups were counted and compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the operating room was higher than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups when they entered the operating room(P>0.05).However,before anesthesia, they were all higher than those after they entered the operating room, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the stress indices in the observation group before anesthesia were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion"G+OEC"nursing management mode can improve the application effect of ERAS concept in the operating room and promote patients to obtain greater benefits, which is worthy of promotion and application.
