Research status and development trend of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis based on CiteSpace
Objective To perform a literature visualization analysis based on CiteSpace tool,and analyze the research status,development trend and potential research direction of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,so as to provide reference and suggestions for subsequent clinical research.Methods A total of 860 literatures from sources such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and VIP were used as data from the database establishment until 2023.CiteSpace V.6.2.R2 was applied to conduct co-occurrence analysis on authors,research institutions,and keywords,and a knowledge map was drawn.Results The related research on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis showed an overall upward and developing trend in recent years.Some scholars have formed a fixed cooperative team to carry out related research,but the cooperation between research institutions was not close,and cross-regional cooperation needed to be strengthened.Keywords co-occurrence found that the research focus was on various clinical treatment schemes and their therapeutic efficacy;Cluster and emergent analysis showed that in recent years,the research focused on conservative treatment and the quality of life(QoL)of patients.Conclusion In recent years,the research on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis gradually tends to multi-combination therapy strategy,aiming at improving the therapeutic efficacy and the QoL of patients.The future research direction will deepen the exploration of optimizing conservative treatment and further analyze the underlying mechanisms of related treatments.The strengthening of evidence-based research will become the core of supporting this development trend,ensuring the scientific and sustainable nature of treatment methods.
