摘要
金银花是中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会认定的第一批药食同源植物,富含多种活性成分,在药膳、保健品和药品中被广泛使用.金银花主要包括黄酮类、有机酸类、挥发油类、三萜皂类、环烯醚萜类等化学成分,发挥抑菌、抗病毒、解热抗炎、利肝保肝、降血脂、抗氧化、免疫调节及抗肿瘤等多个药理作用,为深入挖掘、扩展金银花临床应用和综合开发提供借鉴、奠定理论基础.本文综述金银花的主要化学成分与临床研究进展以及金银花及其提取物的应用和相关产业现状,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料.
Abstract
Honeysuckle is one of the first Yaoshi Tongyuan plants recognized by the Health Commission.It is rich in various active ingredients and is widely used in medicinal diet,health care products and drugs.Honeysuckle mainly consists of flavonoids,organic acids,volatile oils,triterpenoids,iridoids and other chemical constituents.Honeysuckle has many pharmacological effects,such as antibacterial,antiviral,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory,promoting liver and protecting liver,lowering blood lipids,antioxidant,immunomodulatory and anti-tumor,which provides reference and lays a theoretical foundation for further exploration and expansion of clinical application and comprehensive development of honeysuckle.In this paper,the main chemical constituents of honeysuckle and the progress of clinical research were reviewed,as well as the application of honeysuckle and its extracts and the status quo of related industries,in order to provide reference materials for related research.
