Exploration of clinical+scientific research"double-tutor system"training mode for graduate students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine
The master's degree in clinical medicine recruited by colleges and universities across China has been incorporated into the residency training system and trained in parallel since 2015.This policy has achieved good results and provided a strong guarantee for the employment and career development of students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine since its implementation for eight years, but it has also exposed the problem of deficiency of the ability of scientific research. Therefore,a 33-month clinical rotation and the training mode of single clinical tutor may limit the overall development of students. The training mode of clinical+scientific research"double-tutor system"may be an effective way to solve this problem. This paper analyzes the development history of training of students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine in China, current problems, and the concept of"double-tutor system"and its development in the field of medical education by means of literature analysis. It also points out the necessity of the implementation of"double-tutor system"for students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine, and conducts a questionnaire survey among students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine to extract key issues from the results. This paper puts forward the way of constructing the"double-tutor system"training mode of students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine, with a view to promoting the comprehensive development of students with a professional master degree in clinical medicine.
