Objective To observe the impacts of health education list on disease cognition,self-efficacy and self-care ability of patients with chronic sinusitis treated by Rhinocort.Methods A total of 196 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=98)and the observation group(n=98)according to the random number table method.All patients were treated with Rhinocort's therapy.The control group was treated with conventional health education,while the observation group was treated with health education list model education.The patients'disease cognition,self-efficacy and self-care ability were observed.Results After education,the scores of disease cognition,chronic disease self-efficacy scale(CDSES)and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in the two groups were all improved,and the scores of disease cognition,CDSES and ESCA in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The list of health education shows that Rhinocort's treatment of chronic sinusitis can improve patients'disease cognition,thus improving patients'self-management efficiency and self-care ability.
