Observation on psychological nursing in the rehabilitation effect of female college students with irregular menstruation
Objective To investigate the impact of psychological nursing on the rehabilitation effect of female college students with irregular menstruation.Methods A total of 126 female college students with irregular menstruation at Shanxi Datong University from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=63)and the study group(n=63)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the study group was treated with targeted psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The research time of each group was 3 months.Before and after nursing,the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),rehabilitation outcomes,and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of research object.Results After psychological nursing,the HAMD score of patients in the study group was lower than that of patients in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA scores between patients in the two groups(P>0.05).The overall response rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the symptoms of irregular menstruation of female college students and enhance their rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
