Analysis of the application effect of clinical surgical nursing cooperation in children undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair
Objective To analyze on the application effect of clinical surgical nursing cooperation in children undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods A total of 96 children admitted to and treated in the First Hospital of Putian City for elective laparoscopic hernia repair from September 2021 to November 2022 were selected, and they were divided into the control group(n=48)and the study group(n=48)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention, while the study group was treated with nursing cooperation intervention in the operating room. The scores of sleep disorder before and after operation were compared between the two groups, and the related indices in perioperative period were evaluated, and the incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction with nursing were statistically counted. Results Before operation, there was no statistically significant difference in the score of children'sleep disorder between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation, the scores of sleep disorder were obviously lower than those before operation, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The operation time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of children in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative hemorrhage volume was less than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, while the total satisfaction of children with nursing was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In children undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair, the application of clinical surgical nursing cooperation can significantly improve the severity of postoperative sleep disorder, shorten the operation time, ambulation time, hospitalization time, reduce intraoperative hemorrhage volume, reduce postoperative complications, and obtain children'unanimous satisfaction.
