In recent years,the construction of medical alliance is one of the hot topics in the healthcare system reform of China.Specialty alliance,as a form of medical alliance,is of great significance to the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and the promotion of high-quality medical resources sharing by giving full play to the advantages of specialty and discipline with the link of specialty collaboration.This paper introduces the construction background and purpose,construction plan and construction results of the Tianjin Specialty Alliance of Emergency in Traditional Chinese Medicine,and analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the construction and operation process in the hope that the form of alliance can be further optimized to promote the construction of medical alliances,ultimately supporting the deepening of the reform and development of the medical and healthcare system.
