辣椒高效再生体系研究

摘要
以辣椒为试验材料,研究不同外植体对辣椒愈伤组织诱导的影响,以及6-BA和IAA不同浓度组合对辣椒子叶不定芽分化的影响。结果表明,取自于子叶中部的外植体愈伤组织诱导率最高,可达到100%,且长势最好,其不定芽的最佳诱导培养基为:MS基本培养基+6-BA5.0mg/L+IAA1.0mg/L。
Abstract
The effect of different types of cotyledons and hypocotyls of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)as explants on the induction efficiency of callus,and the influence of different concentrations of 6-BA and IAA on the differentiation of adventitious buds were researched.The results show that the middle parts of cotyledons has the highest induction efficiency of callus(reaching 100%),and the growth state is the best;the best medium for differentiation of adventitious buds is MS+5.0mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L IAA.
