不同品种柑橘系统重金属富集特征研究

Studies of heavy metal enrichment characteristics on different citrus varieties

为探讨不同品种柑橘系统重金属富集特征,按照植物样重金属元素的测定方法,分析贵州红水河、南盘江、清水江、都柳江等沿岸椪柑、脐橙、南丰等3个品种的叶片、果实中的铬、镍、铜、锌、镉、铅、砷、汞的富集量。结果表明,椪柑、脐橙、南丰叶片中重金属的富集能力大小顺序都相同,即:Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr>Pb>As>Hg>Cd,果肉富集能力大小顺序略有差异。柑橘不同品种的重金属富集量有较大的差异。说明同一品种对不同的重金属富集量明显不同,不同部位的重金属富集量有较大的差异,总体趋势是叶片大于果实;不同品种对重金属的富集量也明显不同。调查结果表明,研究区域柑橘园适合发展无公害果品生产。
The content of heavy metals in citrus leaves and fruits from Hongshui river, Nanpan river, qingshui river and Duliujiang river coast were analyzed in order to discuss enrichment characteristics of different citrus varieties. The results indicated that heavy metals enrichment amount in leaves of Ponkan, navel orange and Nanfeng tangerine orange had the same change rule, showing the amount of Zn > Cu > Ni > Cr > Pb > As > Hg > Cd, but there were great differences in fruits of three varieties. On the whole, heavy metal accumulation quantity in leaves was greater than the fruits. In addition, there were distinct differences on cumulating the same heavy metals among different citrus varieties. The results indicated that the citrus orchards in the study region were suitable to develop pollution-free fruit production.
