Shaoxing Guazhu Lake Park, takes the Chinese traditional gardening technique, combines with the modern landscape art, and fully embodies the plant landscape-oriented gardening position. This report mainly summarized four aspects, i. e. plant landscape construction, seasonal changes, space levels, and forest edge line and canopy line, and analyzed quantitatively space composition, quantitative characteristics, and species composition for all kinds of plant space. Finally, the density of plant space was determined to create the effect of plant landscape. The aim was to provide a useful reference value for the modern plant landscape design.
