The current situation of domestic and foreign vocational education teachers’ training was analyzed. Based on the “horticulture” professional teacher training work of Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, the professional standards of teacher standards construction and formulation were discussed, and the professional curriculum resources construction and training base construction were thought and discussed.
