UV固化环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯的合成研究

利用环氧大豆油环氧基的化学活性,在新的催化剂和阻聚剂构成的催化-阻聚复合助剂体系中制备了可用于紫外光固化的低黏度环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯,研究了反应温度、反应时间、复合助剂体系的种类及用量对合成反应的影响.结果表明,在反应温度120℃、反应时间5 h、催化-阻聚复合助剂体系为1.2%三苯基膦和0.15%90SD条件下,制得的环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯性能及外观比较理想,其紫外光固化速率较快,固化膜硬度达3H且具有较好的柔韧性和附着力.
Synthesis of UV curing epoxidized soybean oil acrylate
Based on the chemical activity of the epoxy ring in epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) , UV curable low viscosity epoxy acrylate was prepared at the presence of a composite additive system composed of a new catalyst and inhibitor. The influences of amount of catalyst and inhibitor in the composite additive system, the temperature and time of reaction on the synthetic reaction were discussed. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 120 ℃, reaction time 5 h, triphenyl phosphine (1.2%) and 90SD (0. 15% ) as the composite additive system. Under the optimum conditions, the obtained epoxy acrylate had ideal appearance and characteristics , and its UV - curing rate was fast, the cured film had better flexibility and adhesion force and its hardness rached 3 H.
