以茶叶籽仁为原料,进行水代提油研究.通过试验考察了茶叶籽仁粉碎细度、提取温度、水料比、提取时间对提取效果的影响,并对茶叶籽仁提油工艺进行了正交试验优化.得到最佳的茶叶籽油提取工艺条件为:茶叶籽仁粉碎细度60~80目,提取温度90℃,水料比3.5∶1,提取时间3h.在最佳条件下,茶叶籽油提取率达90.2%.
Aqueous extraction of tea seed oil
Aqueous extraction of tea seed oil from tea seed kernel was investigated. The effects of raw material particle size, extraction temperature, ratio of water to material and extraction time on extraction rate of tea seed oil were discussed. The optimal conditions of aqueous extraction of tea seed oil were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: raw material particle size 60 - 80 meshes, extraction temperature 90℃, ratio of water to material 3.5:1,extraction time 3 h. Under these conditions, extraction rate of tea seed oil was 90.2%.
