主要地理气候因子对油茶籽油脂肪酸组成的影响

Effects of major geographical and climatic factors on fatty acid composition of oil-tea camellia seed oil

以广西的南宁、岑溪、柳州、龙胜等10处采样点的岑溪软枝油茶种质为材料,研究了经度、纬度、海拔、年均温度、年均降雨量等地理气候因子对岑溪软枝油茶籽油脂肪酸组成的影响.结果表明:不同栽培区域的岑溪软枝油茶籽油脂肪酸组成除棕榈酸外,油酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸的含量均有显著差异.但总体上,相关地理条件和气候条件对棕榈酸和硬脂酸的影响较小,而对油酸和亚油酸的影响较大.其中,经度对脂肪酸组成的影响不明显,而纬度、海拔高度显著影响油酸和亚油酸的含量,随着纬度和海拔的增加,油酸含量增高,亚油酸含量则降低.年均温度的升高会导致油酸含量的下降,年均降雨量的增加有利于油酸含量的积累,而低温或降雨量的增加则会导致亚油酸含量的降低.
With Cenxi soft-branches camellia germplasm of 10 sampling points from Nanning,Cenxi,Liuzhou,Longsheng etc.in Guangxi as materials,the effects of geographical and climatic factors,including longitude,latitude,altitude,average annual temperature,average annual rainfall on fatty acid composition of Cenxi soft-branches oil-tea camellia seed oil were studied.The results showed that oleic acid,linoleic acid,stearic acid contents in Cenxi soft-branches oil-tea camellia seed oil had significant differences from different cultivation regions except palmitic acid.In general,the relevant geographic and climatic conditions had little effect on palmitic acid and stearic acid,but they had greater effect on oleic acid and linoleic acid.Longitude affected the fatty acid composition unobviously; but latitude,altitude affected oleic acid and linoleic acid contents significantly,with altitude and latitude increasing,oleic acid content increased and linoleic acid content decreased.The increase of average annual temperature would lead to the decline of oleic acid content; the increase of average annual rainfall was conducive to the increase of oleic acid content ; and low temperature or increasing rainfall would lead to the reduction of linoleic acid content.
