Determination of tocopherols in vegetable oil by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
The method for the quantitative determination of α-,β-,γ-,δ-tocopherols in vegetable oil was established using C18 reverse phase column,atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and tandem mass spectrometry by optimizing the parameters of mass spectrometry and sample pretreatment conditions.The results showed that the limit of detection,linear range,recovery rate of standard addition and RSD of the method were 0.05-0.10 mg/kg,0.025-50.0 mg/L,80.4%-97.4% and below 10%,respectively.Therefore,the method had the items of sensitiveness and easy promotion suitable for the determination of tocopherols in vegetable oil.
