亚麻籽功能成分的综合提取工艺研究

亚麻籽中含有亚麻胶、亚麻籽油、亚麻蛋白以及木酚素4种主要功能成分,研究了对亚麻籽功能成分的综合提取工艺路线的筛选和对比,重点通过单因素实验与正交实验对一步法提取亚麻蛋白和木酚素的工艺条件进行了优化.结果表明:在40%乙醇溶液为提取溶剂、料液比1∶20、碱含量0.07 mol、提取温度50℃、提取时间2h、提取2次、酸沉pH 4.4的一步法最优提取条件及最佳综合提取工艺条件下,亚麻胶得率9.67%、亚麻籽油得率39.46%、亚麻蛋白得率15.27%、木酚素得率11.03%,其中木酚素纯度为28%,提取率达到83.83%.该综合工艺路线步骤简单,合理可行,降低了能耗,提高了产品附加值,实现了亚麻籽的综合利用.
Multible-extraction of functional components from flaxseed
Flaxseed contained four kinds of functional components,such as flaxseed gum,flaxseed oil,flaxseed protein and lignan.The screening and comparison of multible-extraction process of functional components from flaxseed were studied.The process conditions of extracting flaxseed protein and lignan by one-step method were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal conditions of one-step method and multible-extraction process were obtained as follows:with 40% ethanol solution as extraction solvent,ratio of material to liquid 1∶20,alkaline content 0.07 mol,extraction temperature 50 ℃,extraction time 2 h,extraction times twice and acid precipitation pH 4.4.Under these conditions,the yields of flaxseed gum,flaxseed oil,flaxseed protein and liguan were 9.67%,39.46%,15.27% and 11.03%,respectively.The purity and extraction rate of liguan were 28% and 83.83% respectively.The mutible-extraction process was simple,reasonable and feasible,which reduced the energy consumption and improved the additional value of products.The comprehensive utilization of flaxseed was realized.
