摘要

本文通过选取国内外同类型的产品,进行结构原理剖析和书写性能的对比,查找出问题点及其原因.在此基础上,结合生产过程中对储水器结构、生产设备及相关工艺的改进,通过大量的实验验证,实现直液式针管水性圆珠笔书写性能的提升,帮助企业提高直液式针管水性圆珠笔的生产效率及产品质量.

Abstract

This paper analyze the structural principle and compare the writing performance by selecting the same type of products at home and abroad,to find the problem point and its cause.With a large number of experimental validation,combined with the production process of water storage structure,production equipment and related process improvement,so as to improve the writing performance of straight-liquid needle tube water-based ballpoint pen,help enterprises to improve the production efficiency and product quality of direct liquid needle water-based ballpoint pen.
