摘要

在数字孪生的大背景下,本文提出了利用有限元分析方法来验证自来水笔设计可靠性以及验证书写性能的方法.根据笔尖应力的简化模型,通过有限元分析笔尖构型的薄弱部位,再通过实例分析,利用拓扑优化,给出相应的优化设计方案.

Abstract

Under the background of Digital Twin,this paper proposes the method to prove the reliability of fountain pen design and writing performance with FEA.The paper proposes a simplified model of fountain pen nib stress,which analyzes the vulnerable areas of fountain pen nib model.After example analysis,an optimized design is given with topology optimization.Some prospects for future pen industry are proposed,which can be used for reference and study in the design section of domestic pen industry.
