介绍了QB/T 1745.1《自来水笔用墨水 第1部分:非颜料型墨水》2023年版标准针对2011年版的修订内容和修订依据,对比分析了新版标准在适用范围、性能要求、试验方法等几方面的变化,指出了新修订的标准更加符合实际,更加便于检测机构和企业使用.希望本文能帮助生产和销售企业、检测机构等多方人士更好地理解和应用新版标准.
Abstract
This article introduces the revised content and basis of the 2023 version of QB/T 1745.1 Fountain Pen Inks-Part 1:Non-pigmeng Inks in view of the 2011 version,compares and analyzes the changes in the scope of application,performance requirements,test methods and other aspects of the new standard,and points out that the new revision of the standard is more practical,more convenient to use for testing institutions and enterprises.I hope this article can help the production and sales enterprises,testing institutions and other people better understand and apply the new standard.
