B型舱VLEC设计关键技术研究

以全球首艘设有IMO B型液货舱的99 000 m3 VLEC为研究对象,对其研发设计中的若干关键技术进行分析.对VLEC货物围护系统进行选型,运用CFD仿真和模型试验完成液货舱与船体匹配的VS-BOW线型开发,采用有限元分析技术完成液舱支撑系统受力分析和强度评估,应用水动力分析方法在频域上求解液舱晃荡与船体运动耦合效应,运用"先漏后破"设计理念和自主研发的泄漏计算程序评估液舱疲劳裂纹扩展与泄漏量,形成了具有自主知识产权的IMOB型舱BrilliancE货物围护系统,其安全性、可靠性和经济性已得到VLEC实船营运的验证.
Research on Key Technology in Design of Very Large Ethane Carrier with Type B Tanks
With the rapid expansion of the ethane cracking industry domestically and overseas,very large ethane carriers(VLEC)have become a scarce resource in the global logistics chain.Taking 99 000 m3 VLEC with IMO Type B cargo tanks as the research object,a series of key technologies in its design is identified and analyzed.The selection basis of the containment system of the VLEC cargo is demonstrated,and line shape matching between the liquid cargo tank and the hull line is developed with CFD simulation technology and model tests.The finite element analysis technique is adopted to evaluate the loads and structural strength of the type B tank support system.The coupled effect between the tank sloshing and the hull motion is solved in the frequency domain.Analysis of fatigue crack growth and leakage for the type B tank are completed using the self-developed program.A new IMO Type B cargo containment system called BrilliancE with independent intellectual property rights is developed,whose safety,reliability,and economy have been confirmed in actual operation of the VLEC.
