大型远洋客船振动舒适性精细化预报研究

针对某型国产大型远洋客船,基于Abaqus软件建立船体-水体有限元流固耦合振动模型,实现全船主柴油机、大型辅机及住舱附近设备激励源的加载;采用振动传递路径分析方法,开展全船振动舒适性精细化预报和评估;统计评估设备激励下远洋客船的振动响应水平,定量比较不同设备的振动贡献度,系统分析主柴油机振动及螺旋桨脉动压力激励下的振动传递特性.研究结果表明:主柴油机振动及螺旋桨脉动压力激励是影响全船振动舒适性的最主要因素;上层建筑空调系统和通风系统的风机设备对附近住舱振动响应的贡献度较大而不可忽略.除主柴油机振动及艉部脉动压力激励外,还考虑了机舱大型辅机及上层建筑舱室附近设备激励对全船舱室振动响应影响,提高了全船振动舒适性预报精度,具有一定的工程应用价值,相关研究结论可为实船的工程建造和振动噪声控制提供技术支撑.
High Precision Prediction of Vibration Comfort for Ultra-large Cruise Ship
The finite element fluid-structure coupling vibration model of the ultra-large cruise ship was established based on Abaqus soft,and a number of dynamic loadings were applied on the model caused by the equipment's running.The method based on vibration transfer path analysis was used to carry out refined prediction and evaluation of vibration comfort of the ship.The vibration response characteristics produced by large-scale equipment source are analyzed statistically,and the vibration contribution of different equipment is compared quantitatively,and the vibration transmission characteristics under the excitation of main engine and propeller pulsation pressure are analyzed systematically.The numerical results show that the vibration and pulsation pressure excitation of the main engine and propeller are the most important factors affecting the vibration comfort of the cruise ship.What's more,the fan of the air conditioning system and the ventilation system have a great influence on the vibration of the cabin near the equipment,which can not be ignored.In addition to the main engine and pulsation pressure,this paper focuses on the influence of the excitation of large auxiliary engines in the engine room and equipment near the upper cabin on the vibration response of the whole ship,which improves the accuracy of vibration comfort prediction of the whole ship,and are meaningful to the further application in engineering.Derived conclusions can also provide critical support for the following ship construction and the vibration and noise control.
