基于CFD模拟的双燃料动力船舶透气桅释放气体扩散分析

基于双燃料动力船舶实船设计,根据IGF规则要求,提出通过CFD模拟对双燃料动力船舶透气桅释放气体扩散进行分析的方法.模拟结果表明:双燃料动力船舶透气桅释放气体扩散情况与透气桅的设计高度密切相关.设计高度较低时,气体会明显下沉到储罐周围的工作区域及甲板;设计高度满足规范要求时,气体呈垂直向上膨胀扩散的趋势,无明显下沉现象,且在60s内甲板及储罐附近可燃气体全部扩散消失,此时透气桅释放气体对船体及船员安全没有影响.
Numerical Analysis of Vent Mast Leakage on Dual-fuel Powered Ship Based on CFD Simulation
Based on the design of a dual-fuel powered ship,the method of analyzing the LNG leakage from the vent mast by CFD simulation was proposed.The simulation results showed as follows.The diffusion of LNG leakage was related to the design height of the vent mast.When the design height of the vent mast was 6m,the leakage gas obviously sank into the deck and the working area around the LNG tanks.When the design height of the vent mast was high enough(15m in this article),the leakage gas expanded and diffused vertically without sinking phenomenon.Moreover,the leakage gas around the deck and the storage tank all diffused and disappeared within 60 s,which had no affect on the safety operation of crew.
