采矿车在海底非结构化地形的安全通行对深海矿产资源开发具有重要意义.论文基于富钴结壳矿区的环境、地形及地质等特征确定了影响深海采矿车通行性的主要因素,提出融合层次分析-模糊综合评价(AHP-FCE)法的通行性评估方法.建立了包括底质特征、微地形特征和其它海洋环境因素以及9个相关指标的影响通行性的层次评估模型;根据层次分析和专家评价确定各指标的权重因子,并利用模糊综合评价法得到隶属度矩阵;建立基于AHP-FCE法的综合通行性评估方法.结果表明,该方法能评估深海采矿车在模拟矿区的通行性,验证了 AHP-FCE评估方法的可行性.
Assessment of Deep-sea Mining Vehicle Traversability Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
Safe traversal of deep-sea mining vehicles(DSMV)over unstructured seabed terrain is crucial for the exploitation of mineral resources.This paper identifies the main factors affecting DSMV traversability based on environmental,topographical,and geological characteristics of cobalt-rich crust mining areas,and proposes a traversability evaluation system with an analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation integrated method.A hierarchical evaluation group is established,which includes substrate characteristics,micro-topography features,other oceanic environmental factors,and related nine indicators.Weight factors of indicators are determined based on the hierarchical analysis and the expert evaluation,and a membership matrix is obtained using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results demonstrate that the traversability of DSMV in specified mining areas can be accurately evaluated with this method.
