摘要
本文基于生态与经济效益双视角,对B市某污水处理厂进行企业价值评估.经济效益评估中,采用收益法中的企业自由现金流折现模型进行评估,得出B市某污水处理厂股东全部权益的价值为30 200.00万元,较审计后的账面净资产增值13 867.94万元,增值率为77.06％;生态效益评估部分引入外部性理论,利用机会成本法等量化再生水在节约淡水资源、降低污水排放等方面的积极作用.本文所构建的评估体系为环保企业的外部性效益内部化提供了科学路径,扩展和延伸环保企业价值评估在生态文明时代的新内涵,对于加强对再生水利用重要性的认识、推动环保企业良性运转、促进生态环境与经济的可持续发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
This article evaluates the enterprise value of a sewage treatment plant in B city from the perspectives of ecological and economic benefits.In the evaluation of economic benefits,the discounted free cash flow model of the enterprise in the income method was used for evaluation,and it was found that the value of all shareholders'equity of a certain sewage treatment plant in B city was 302 million yuan,which increased by 138.6794 million yuan compared to the audited book net assets,with a appreciation rate of 77.06％;The ecological benefit evaluation section introduces externality theory and utilizes opportunity cost method to quantify the positive role of recycled water in saving freshwater resources and reducing sewage discharge.The evaluation system constructed in this article provides a scientific path for internalizing the external benefits of environmental protection enterprises,expanding and extending the new connotation of environmental protection enterprise value evaluation in the era of ecological civilization.It is of great significance for strengthening the understanding of the importance of renewable water use,promoting the healthy operation of environmental protection enterprises,and promoting sustainable development of the ecological environment and economy.
