摘要
古树茶作为一种不可复制和稀缺的自然资源,本身具有多重价值.现如今古树茶市价很不稳定,出现古树茶市场价格与自身价值不相符,评估时对其价值评价界定不明确,评估方法模糊.本文以昆明雄达茶城为调查区域,以云南古树茶为研究对象,基于昆明雄达茶城调查数据,结合多个古树茶交易案例进行实证分析,客观确定古树茶价值构成及其影响因素,运用AHP层次分析法构建古树茶价值评价指标体系,同时运用专家打分法和经过修正的市场比较法,对云南临沧冰岛古树茶价值进行评定与估算,通过评估结论进行多因素综合评价,划分古树茶等级,这对综合利用古树茶价值和保护古茶树提出切实可行的建议具有重要意义.
Abstract
As an unreplicable and scarce natural resource,ancient tree tea itself has multiple values.Nowadays,the market price of ancient tree tea is very unstable,and the market price of ancient tree tea is inconsistent with its own value,so the evaluation of its value is not clearly defined and the evaluation method is fuzzy.Therefore,it is necessary to define and evaluate the value of ancient tree tea.This paper takes Kunming Xiongda Tea City as the survey area,Yunnan ancient tree tea as the research object,based on the survey data of Kunming Xiongda Tea City,combined with a number of ancient tree tea trading cases to conduct empirical analysis,objectively determine the value composition of ancient tree tea and its influencing factors,and use the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)to construct the value evaluation index system of ancient tree tea.At the same time,the value of Iceland ancient tree tea in Lincang,Yunnan was evaluated and estimated by using the expert rating method and the revised market comparison method.The multi-factor comprehensive evaluation was carried out to classify the ancient tree tea through the evaluation results,which is of great significance for the comprehensive utilization of the value of ancient tree tea and the protection of ancient tea trees.
