The Necessity and Suggestions of Quality Control System Construction of Assets Appraisal Agencies
In recent years,the Supervision and Evaluation Bureau of the Ministry of Finance and China Appraisal Society have jointly organized inspections on asset appraisal institutions.The inspection results show that many asset appraisal institutions still have problems such as non-standard internal governance,inadequate professional competence,formal three-level review of appraisal reports,and imperfect quality control system.With the asset appraisal industry facing more and more stringent regulatory situation,the construction of quality control system of appraisal institutions is imperative.This paper intends to provide reference for the construction of quality control system of asset appraisal institutions,in order to contribute to the improvement of the practice quality of the asset appraisal industry.
