A Literature Review on Asset Valuation Teaching Research——Deconstruction from "Themes,Methods,and Perspectives"
The promotion of the construction of new humanities and the rapid development of the global digital economy have put forward higher requirements for cultivating a team of composite asset evaluation talents,and there is an urgent need for changes in asset evaluation teaching.In order to better explain the development of teaching research in asset valuation in China,this article uses content analysis method to scientifically and systematically analyze 85 literature on asset valuation teaching research collected in academic journals such as Appraisal Journal of China over the past 24 years(1999-2023)from three dimensions:theme,method,and perspective.The results indicate that the teaching literature on asset evaluation has achieved rich results,and normative research methods are often used to explore topics such as disciplines and majors,teaching content and methods;There are relatively few literatures with clear perspectives,mainly focusing on industry,academia,research,professional ability,and ideological and political perspectives of the curriculum.Drawing on existing research achievements,this article elaborates on future research topics,perspectives,and methods to assist in the development of asset valuation teaching theory and practice in China.
