商业模式创新对企业价值创造的影响及机理分析——以泡泡玛特为例

互联网的出现改变了基本的商业竞争环境和经济规则,标志着"数字经济"时代的来临,在越来越多的企业开始进行创新后,泡泡玛特也紧追潮流,进行了商业模式创新.本文以泡泡玛特为例,研究其开展商业模式创新的动因、路径以及商业模式创新的价值创造机制和效果.研究发现,泡泡玛特在价值主张、价值创造、价值传递和价值获取四个方面分别实现了创新,并由此推动企业运营社群、创建一体化平台、延长IP价值增长期,这些举措影响了公司的价值.通过分析商业模式创新对泡泡玛特价值创造的影响和机理,以期对其他同行业企业具有一定的借鉴和启发.
The Impact and Mechanism Analysis of Business Model Innovation on Enterprise Value Creation——Taking POP Mart as an Example
The emergence of the Internet has changed the basic business competition environment and economic rules,marking the arrival of the"digital economy"era.As more and more enterprises begin to innovate,POP Mart has also followed the trend and carried out business model innovation.This article takes POP Mart as an example to study the motives,paths,and value creation mechanisms and effects of its business model innovation.Research has found that POP Mart has achieved innovation in four aspects:value proposition,value creation,value transmission,and value acquisition,which have driven the operation of enterprise communities,the creation of integrated platforms,and the extension of IP value growth period.These measures have affected the company's value.By analyzing the impact and mechanism of business model innovation on the value creation of POP Mart,we hope to provide some reference and inspiration for other companies in the same industry.
