Value Assessment of Carbon Emission Rights of Agribusiness Based on Shadow Price Modeling——A Case Study of Jiangsu Nongken Agricultural Development Co.
China is actively promoting carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and the inclusion of agricultural carbon sinks in the carbon trading market not only helps to increase farmers'income and promote the high-quality development of green agriculture, but also helps to alleviate China's pressure to reduce emissions during the development process and transform ecological value into economic value. This paper collates agricultural-related data from 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2021,and constructs a shadow price assessment model using the directional distance function.Considering the production and operation characteristics of enterprises, the shadow price of carbon emission right is corrected by the enterprise operation area and the enterprise operation condition, and the value of enterprise carbon emission right is obtained.Through the value analysis, this paper proposes that the accounting system of agricultural carbon emissions should be constructed, and promote the inclusion of agricultural carbon sinks in the carbon trading market.Emulating the idea of"benchmark land price",the government should measure and publish the shadow price of agricultural carbon emission rights every year, and publish the shadow price of carbon emission rights as the benchmark carbon price on a regular basis.Increase the proportion of carbon quota auction, and utilize the auction revenue to promote the development of green agriculture.
