Teaching Design and Practice of Real Estate Appraisal Based on Rain Classroom+BOPPPS Model
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)first proposed the goal of establishing China as an"educational powerhouse"by 2035,emphasizing the primacy of educational autonomy and innovation.Educational advancement goes beyond merely imparting knowledge to focus on nurturing students self-development capacities.The BOPPPS teaching model,combined with intelligent teaching tools,provides a practical approach for achieving this aim.This paper presents the teaching design and application within the Real Estate Appraisal course,underscoring a learner-centered participatory learning approach,and by integrating the Rain Classroom with the BOPPPS model,it develops a holistic instructional model that includes pre-class preparation,in-class participatory learning,and post-class reflection.This approach significantly enhances student motivation and involvement,thereby improving classroom efficiency and teaching effectiveness.The application of this model not only broadens the application scenarios of the BOPPPS model,but also provides valuable reference for teaching reform in analogous courses.
