摘要
前列腺癌是好发于中老年男性的恶性肿瘤,目前,中国前列腺癌的发病和死亡呈逐年上升趋势.对高危人群进行筛查和早诊早治是降低中国前列腺癌死亡的重要手段.文章在归纳和整理国内外前列腺癌流行病学特点、筛查方法和经验的基础上,结合社会及经济学研究,提出在中国前列腺癌高风险地区和高风险人群中推广实施精准筛查策略.
Abstract
Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor of the genitourinary system that occurs more often in elderly men,and the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer is increasing rapidly in China.Screening and early diagnosis and treatment for high-risk groups are important measures to reduce the mortality of prostate cancer in China.Based on summarizing and organizing the epidemiological characteristics,screening methods,and experiences of prostate cancer at home and abroad,the article combines social and economic research to propose a consensus on promoting the implementation of precision screening strategies in high-risk areas and populations of prostate cancer in China.
