摘要
乳腺癌是影响我国甚至全球女性健康的重要公共卫生问题,肥胖是乳腺癌整个病程中的重要危险因素,合理控制体重有利于乳腺癌的预防和治疗.文章综述了近年来国内外关于肥胖与乳腺癌关系的研究成果,从微观和宏观两个角度分析肥胖对乳腺癌患者的影响及其相关机制,旨在为乳腺癌肥胖患者的管理和治疗提供科学依据和策略支持.
Abstract
Breast cancer is an important public health issue affecting women,s health in China and globally,and obesity is a significant risk factor throughout the course of breast cancer.Obesity is an important risk factor in the whole course of breast cancer,and proper weight control is beneficial for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.This article reviews research findings on the relationship between obesity and breast cancer at home and abroad in recent years.It analyzes the impact of obesity on breast cancer patients and its related mechanisms from both microscopic and macroscopic perspectives,aiming to provide scientific evidence and strategic support for the management and treatment of breast cancer patients who are obese.
