摘要
结直肠癌患者在手术、放化疗等治疗后,常面临生活质量下降的挑战,而康复措施能够明显改善患者的身心健康,提升其生活质量.康复干预的核心内容包括运动、营养、心理支持以及行为管理等方面.文章综述结直肠癌患者治疗后康复干预的内容,旨在为临床实践提供理论依据和临床指导.
Abstract
After surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,colorectal cancer patients often face challenges of declining quality of life.Rehabilitation measures can significantly improve the physical and mental health of patients,enhancing their quality of life.The core components of rehabilitation interventions include exercise,nutrition,psychological support,and behavior management.The article reviews the content of rehabilitation interventions for colorectal cancer patients post-treatment,aiming to provide theoretical basis and clinical guidance for clinical practice.
