基于艾宾浩斯健康教育的综合护理干预在中老年甲状腺癌患者术后康复护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探究基于艾宾浩斯健康教育的综合护理干预在中老年甲状腺癌患者术后康复护理中的应用.方法 选取蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院 2021年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月收治的 86 例中老年甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将 86 例患者分为对照组和研究组,每组 43 例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施基于艾宾浩斯健康教育的综合护理干预,比较两组患者健康知识水平、并发症发生情况、生活质量情况.结果 干预后,研究组患者健康知识水平总分为(87.27±5.69)分,明显优于对照组[(49.15±2.57)分,t=40.03,P＜0.001)].研究组并发症发生率为 32.6%(14/43),低于对照组[7.0%(3/43),χ2=8.87,P＜0.001)].研究组身体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能评分分别为(68.14±5.36)分、(81.54±5.45)分、(78.37±5.49)分、(65.83±5.41)分和(64.61±5.41)分,各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P＜0.001).结论 基于艾宾浩斯健康教育的综合护理干预能显著提高中老年甲状腺癌患者健康知识水平,降低其术后并发症发生率,进而改善患者生活质量,基于艾宾浩斯健康教育的护理模式对中老年甲状腺癌患者术后康复有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus health education in the postoperative rehabilitation care of middle-aged and elderly patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 86 middle-aged and elderly thyroid cancer patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,treated from March 2021 to March 2023,were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus health education in addition to routine care.The health knowledge level,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the total score of health knowledge in the study group was(87.27±5.69),which was significantly higher than that of the control group([49.15±2.57],t=40.03,P＜0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group was 32.6%(14/43),which was lower than that of the control group(7.0%[3/43],P＜0.001).The scores for physical function,emotional function,cognitive function,role function,and social function in the study group were(68.14±5.36),(81.54±5.45),(78.37±5.49),(65.83±5.41),and(64.61±5.41),respectively;all quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group(all P＜0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus health education significantly improves the health knowledge level of middle-aged and elderly thyroid cancer patients,reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,and subsequently enhances the patients'quality of life.Comprehensive nursing intervention based on Ebbinghaus health education nursing model has positive significance for the postoperative rehabilitation of middle-aged and elderly patients with thyroid cancer.
