恶性肿瘤患者护理人文关怀的满意度现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 调查恶性肿瘤患者对护理人文关怀的满意度现状及影响因素,为提升医院护理人文关怀服务质量提供参考.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年7月至2024年2月在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院住院治疗的1 320例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表和护理人文关怀满意度问卷进行调查,采用Mann-Whitney U检验或Kruskal-Wallis H检验分析恶性肿瘤患者护理人文关怀满意度的影响因素.结果 1320例恶性肿瘤患者护理人文关怀满意度总得分为(110.02±16.97)分,最低分20分,最高分140分,得分率为78.6％.得分率最高的3个维度为能力(79.4％)、帮助和信任关系(79.2％)、情感支持(79.1％);得分率最低的两个维度为患者和家庭参与(75.9％)、教学和学习(78.4％).不同性别、年龄和住院科室的恶性肿瘤患者护理人文关怀满意度得分差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 恶性肿瘤患者护理人文关怀满意度水平处于中等偏上,但在患者和家庭参与以及教学和学习方面需重点提升.性别、年龄和住院科室是影响恶性肿瘤患者满意度的关键因素.护理人员应充分考虑患者的性别差异、年龄特点和科室需求,提供个性化、针对性的护理措施,以进一步提升患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective The survey investigates the current satisfaction levels and influencing factors regarding humanistic care among patients with malignant tumors,with the aim of providing insights for improving the quality of humanistic care services in hospitals.Methods The study employed a convenience sampling method,selecting 1 320 in patients with malignant tumors who were treated at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from July 2023 to February 2024 as the research subjects.Data were collected using a general information questionnaire and a satisfaction with humanistic care in nursing questionnaire.The influencing factors of satisfaction with humanistic care among patients with malignant tumors were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test or Kruskal-Wallis H test.Results The overall satisfaction score for humanistic care among 1 320 patients with malignant tumors was 110.02±16.97,with a minimum score of 20,a maximum score of 140,and a scoring rate of 78.6％.The three dimensions with the highest scoring rates were competence(79.4％),helping and trusting relationship(79.2％),and emotional support(79.1％).The two dimensions with the lowest scoring rates were patient and family involvement(75.9％)and teaching and learning(78.4％).The differences in satisfaction scores for humanistic care among patients with malignant tumors of different genders,ages,and hospital departments were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The satisfaction level of humanistic care among patients with malignant tumors is above average,but there is a need for significant improvement in patient and family involvement as well as in teaching and learning.Gender,age,and hospital departments are key factors influencing the satisfaction of patients with malignant tumors.Nursing staff should fully consider gender differences,age characteristics,and departmental needs when providing personalized and targeted care measures to further enhance patient satisfaction.
